You can send messages to your Facebook group members, which will go straight to their inbox unlike just an update notification as in Facebook pages.
Facebook groups are way more effective if you want to connect to people and future prospects on a personal level. They allow you to provide better customer service and communication with your clients and also receive feedback which brings you closer and dearer to them.
